Our book, Patchwork Ethnography: A Methodological Guide, will be published by the University of Chicago Press in January 2027.

The book extends our project’s contributions and offers an accessible new way to think critically and transparently about how researchers, especially those doing ethnographic work, can balance their personal commitments with long-term research.
